When do I need to make my appointment?
So, to make sure you get the date you want...it's best to schedule about 2-3 weeks in advance for weekends and Wednesday evenings. Do you take Saturday appointments? *I take appointments on any Saturday when I do not have a Wedding booked. Where do you take the pictures? *I prefer outside pictures, but I do have a small studio in Leo, Indiana 14435 Leo RD across from Builder Supply.. I can come to you or you can come my way. Travel fees may apply to locations outside of the Fort Wayne area. What should we wear? * There is no wrong outfit, you can wear whatever you want! You can bring more than one outfit. The only thing I suggest to stay away from is bib overalls on babies..although they are cute, they tend to bunch up. Do you have any specials for a baby's first year? *Yes, I do! I offer a 3-pose sitting for free. The 3-pose sitting is free. You do need to choose 1 of 4 different pre- assembled packages. All the prints do need to be from the same image. I also offer a 1 year portrait special. I supply the cake, balloons and decorations. You bring the baby! We would do a regular 4 -pose sitting and then we will let the little one dig into the cake and make a huge mess! BTW-I clean up the mess, you clean up the baby! When do we pay for the session? * Payment is due at the time of the session. We had our pictures taken, what's the next step? * I do try to finish your prints as soon as possible. I am also trying to deliver to you beautiful and artistic images, please be patient it tends to take me about a week. The images are then put onto an online gallery for you to view the proofs. You may share this with your family and friends! How many pictures will be in our gallery? * Every session is unique, which means the number of pictures you receive may vary from others. For an 8-pose sitting you can expect 16-20 images, 12-pose sitting you can expect 24-30 images, and a 16 pose sitting you can expect 30-40 images. You will have a mixture of pure color, pure B&W, and special effect images. The way you see the image is how it was taken. I cannot change a B&W image and make it color. I don't see one of the poses that you took, why wasn't it included? * It amazes me that you can remember all of the different things we did! If I didn't include a specific pose, it's because it didn't meet my standard of quality! Some just don't quite make the cut. How long will our gallery be up? *Family, children, baby, and engagement sessions will be posted for four weeks. Weddings and seniors will be posted for three months. (There is a $15 fee to re-upload your gallery after it expires). Can we purchase the copyright to our images? *With any reprint order of $75 or more you will receive the images you have purchased. With any reprint order of $125 or more you will receive all of your images. However, this does not include a copyright release. If you would also like to purchase the copyright to your images there is a fee of $100.00. If we are doing a set for large families: 10-15 people the purchase has to be $150 for the full CD. 16-25 $200 for the full CD, 26 or more $250 for the full CD. What is your retouching policy? *When I am editing your images I do spend a time retouching the images. If you do have further need for retouching, the first 10 minutes is at no charge after that it is prorated at $26 an hour. What if I need retakes? *What? I wasn't awesome enough for you? Seriously, if you do need retakes, I make that decision on a case by case basis. Normally, unless there is a technical malfunction, there is a fee for retakes. During your set, if you are uncomfortable or have a different vision for your set, please let me know. I want nothing more than to do an exceptional job for you. |
